Why a New Fence

Privacy, security, and curb appeal.

A good fence does more than mark a line — it protects your family, raises your home value, and finishes the look of the property.

Privacy & Security
Block views from the street, keep kids and pets in the yard, and stop trespassers. The right fence height and material makes the difference.
Boosts Home Value
A clean, well-built fence is one of the highest-ROI exterior upgrades. Buyers see a finished property — not an open lot — and pay accordingly.
Built for Florida
Concrete-set posts, hurricane-rated hardware, and corrosion-resistant materials. Designed to handle Florida storms, salt air, and humidity.
Permits & HOA Handled
Most fences need a permit and HOA approval. We pull both, submit the drawings, and follow up — you sign nothing extra and chase no paperwork.
What We Install

Three materials. One quality standard.

Wood, metal, and PVC fences — engineered, permitted, and installed to last under Florida sun, salt, and storms.

Wood Fences
Pressure-treated pine and cedar privacy fences. Classic look, full privacy, and the warmest curb appeal — sealed and stained to handle Florida humidity.
Metal & Aluminum Fences
Powder-coated aluminum and steel fences for security and elegance. Pool-code compliant, rust-resistant, and virtually maintenance-free for decades.
PVC & Vinyl Fences
Low-maintenance vinyl fences that won't rot, splinter, or fade. Cleaner look than wood, longer life — and a manufacturer warranty that lasts decades.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Everything homeowners ask before installing a new fence.

How long does a fence install take?

Most residential fences finish in 2–5 days from start to cleanup, depending on length and material. Concrete-set posts add a curing day. Permit and HOA approval before that typically takes 2–4 weeks.

Do I need HOA approval?

Most South Florida communities require HOA approval for any fence change — material, height, or color. We prepare the full submission with site plan, material specs, and photos, and follow up until approved. You don't chase your HOA.

Which material lasts longest in Florida?

PVC and powder-coated aluminum easily last 25+ years with no maintenance — they don't rot, rust, or fade. Pressure-treated wood with sealing lasts 12–18 years but needs re-staining every 2–3 years. We'll recommend the right material for your goals and budget.

Do I need a survey?

The county usually requires a property survey to permit a fence — so we know exactly where the property line runs. If you don't have one, we coordinate a licensed surveyor as part of the project so the fence sits exactly where it should.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. $0-down payment plans available for qualified homeowners, including deferred-payment options. We'll discuss what fits during your free site visit and quote.

What's the warranty?

Manufacturer warranties run 15–25 years on PVC and aluminum, 1–5 years on wood depending on grade. Our 5-year workmanship warranty covers post settling, panel alignment, and gate hardware — separate from the material warranty.
